What should I do if my CD key says it is invalid, too many activations, or I need a replacement?

If you purchased the game digitally you must contact the digital retailer from which you made the purchase.

If you purchased a retail boxed copy and are having an issue related to your CD Key, review the information below:

  • This process does not replace lost keys
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase

To Proceed please Submit a Ticket with the following information:

  • The game that is having this issue
  • Your current CD Key
  • The exact error or error message which you are seeing
  • Any resolution steps you have already tried

Once this ticket has been received, you will receive additional steps for key replacement. You will need to log into your Atari account, or Register a free Atari account to create your ticket. This can be done at the top of the webpage.
